With a decade of experience in the world of recruitment and technology sales gained at global and leading recruitment agencies in London, Claudia decided to take the plunge and set up Ortus, a dedicated technology sales and marketing focused agency in 2021.

As a keen traveller having lived in the UK, Canada and Australia, you’ll find Claudia in destinations around Europe (mostly) with her dog, Ralph 🐶. Together, they reside in sunny (ish) Brighton. ⛅

Simona is a digital nomad based in the surfing capital of the Philippines 🇵🇭. After 12 years of hustle and bustle in the city of London, she went traveling in 2019 and… still hasn’t come back 🏝.

Simona was the first Ortus Talent hire after it launched in March 2021 💻. With work in corporate HR and recruitment teams, she has a very diverse background (from recruitment to employment law and payroll and subject matter expert of SMCR) 🤜🏻🤛🏽.

Abby is a seasoned pro when it comes to Executive Assisting, having done so for a large portion of her career so far. Hailing from the big finance and investment banking world, she has firmly found her place supporting the compelling chaos of start-ups. 🤩

When Abby isn’t working, on a sunny day (rare we know 😉) you can find her chasing her gorgeous little boy around the Peak District. On a more common, not-so-sunny English day, you can find her listening to a variety of ‘lighthearted’ true crime podcasts, or heading over to Diary Of A CEO for a bit of Midday inspiration. 🎙

Jake has worked as a Head of Talent Acquisition at a Series A funded fintech whereby he oversaw all GTM and technical hiring and onboarding processes.
With an extensive agency background, Jake has supported Seed - Series F scale-up platforms largely in the Fintech and SaaS domains and has worked on projects across North and South America, all of Europe and Asia. So lets just say he understands stakeholder pain points well😉

Jake has recently returned from living in sunny Brazil, a country he fell in love with 🇧🇷 In his spare time he's a qualified yoga teacher 🧘 and enjoys running, reading, and travel.
