As AllGravy’s HQ is in Copenhagen, we knew the pressure was on to find outstanding UK candidates. These candidates would have to be individuals who would be able to hit the ground running and who could achieve fast results to open up new territories and source new leads for the business.
Ortus got to work, first meeting key stakeholders in the recruitment process who included the UK General Manager, Expansion Lead and the Sales Enablement Director. Working with these key players, we were able to develop our overall hiring strategy, knowing exactly what they wanted so we could work smart and fast.
The Ortus team quickly established clear lines of communication through weekly Zoom calls and a dedicated Slack group within their company channel. By doing this, we could present candidates and gain quick, clear feedback to ensure that we were on the right track.
The Ortus team hit the jackpot, delivering two Senior Account Executives and a Marketing Manager within 17 days from the initial brief. The candidates ticked all of AllGravy’s boxes, leading to the launch of their UK Sales and Marketing team being a smashing success, opening up an entirely new revenue stream for AllGravy.
