Ortus became Leslie's exclusive international talent partner following a multi-million seed stage funding round. Leslie, a start-up acquired by FETCH, required a quick solution to get twenty marketing and sales candidates placed across the world to hit their sales revenue targets and secure a further funding round for Series A investment.

The Ortus team managed to hire and place every successful candidate across the UK, USA, Italy, Spain, and Portugal within 60 days. The fastest recruit was a remarkable 5 days for the Head of Sales USA, which included briefing, first, second, and third interviews in this timeframe, and an accepted offer.
The new hires brought the needed expertise to fufil Leslie’s objectives, who as a result, were able to branch out into new territories and develop new revenue streams.
